Anything not listed is subject to request ~ I may not be as confident but may in some circumstances be willing to try.I can decline your commission if I am not confident enough with your request or if I am uncomfortable. The Terms agreed during the time of payment/invoice will be the one followed. By submitting a request, I will assume that you've read the terms, and failure to follow these terms gives me the right to cancel at any point during the commission.PAYMENTS
Payment is received upfront, I will not start until the commission is fully paid - unless explicitly agreed via email beforehand. All commission payments must be paid in GBP ~ and either through VGen or via PayPal.REVISIONS
For custom works ~
Rough sketch phase: I offer up to 3 major revisions (full pose changes, composition change ect.) for free, but any additional revisions will require an additional fee.
Clean sketch phase: I offer up to 3 minor revisions, any additional revisions will require an additional fee.
Flat colour phase: I offer up to 2 colour revisions for free, any additional revisions will require an additional fee.
Render phase: All revisions will require an additional fee. If the client requests revisions past the sketch phase, requests may not be granted. Revisions that are not free inclusions can be denied by the artist.

Depending on the complexity and nature of the order, revisions may or may not be available. The revision details will be clearly stated in the terms of the specific request. Please ensure to read the terms for each service on VGen in full before submitting a request.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 months, depending on my health, schedule and workload. My work queue and progress tracker is regularly updated, so please check on that regarding your commission status.
I will inform clients as soon as possible if any setbacks or delays happen. If you have a set deadline (i.e. debut, holiday, birthday ect.) please inform me upon request. If the deadline is less than 2 weeks away, a rush fee may be charged. If there is a change in deadline, you must let me know immediately and I will do my absolute best to meet it. Rush order fees may apply if the deadline is moved to a closer date.USE
I reserve the right to use your commission in my portfolio. If you would prefer that I do not post your commission on my social media profiles, please let me know in advance.
Using my artwork in any crypto-currency based transactions, NFTs, blockchains, or for AI learning is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, whether it is for personal use, advertisement or profit.
Those who do not pay for the appropriate tier of use are NOT permitted to use the commission for stream emotes/panels/assets, or monetization. If you are caught using the commission outside of the agreed rights, you will be blacklisted and reported to VGen.

Personal Assets for private games and archives (ttrpg, toy house, oc files, etc.)
COMMERCIAL ~ STREAMING/CONTENT

Assets in videos/thumbnails
Any use that does NOT directly involve monetization of the work.
COMMERCIAL ~ FULL COMMERCIAL USE

Monetization purposes ~ Merch, Prints, etc.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Rights to commission pieces still belong to the artist. Commercial Use rights signify that the client is permitted to use the work within the limits of the agreement, but the ownership of the work remains with the artist.
IF the work is posted publicly, it is prohibited to claim the work of the artist as your own.

Making any form of profit from personal use commissions is not permitted.REFUNDS
Full refunds are only available if I have not yet started on your commission (provided a good reason is provided for asking for one) OR if I cancel a commission because I am unable to complete it.
50% refund is available if requested while I am in the sketch - flat colours stage.
Once I have started rendering the work ~ no refunds will be available.COMMUNICATION
Failure to respond or communicate with the artist can lead to cancellation. This means failure to reply within a few weeks, or within a few days when working to a close deadline. Requesting refunds without reason will result in you being blacklisted, so please make sure you that you want to go through with the commission before ordering.
